— Products and orders 

ATO offers clothing, including made-to-measure pieces crafted according to your specifications.

Placing an order on the site constitutes acceptance of these terms as well as our refund policy.

— Prices and payment

Prices are listed in euros. VAT is not applicable (Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code).

Payment is due at the time of ordering.

ATO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

— Delivery

Delivery times are indicative only.

For made-to-measure pieces, additional time may be required depending on the complexity of the order.

— Intellectual property

All site content (text, photos, visuals) is the exclusive property of ATO and is protected by intellectual property laws.

— Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
