Refund policy

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, products made to measure or personalized according to the customer's specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal. No returns or refunds will be accepted for these items.

For standard products, the customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need to provide a reason. They then have an additional 14 days to return the items.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The initial delivery costs will be refunded to you, with the exception of any additional costs associated with a premium delivery method chosen by the customer.

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned items, using the same payment method used for the order.
