These terms govern the contractual relationship between ATO and its customers regarding the sale of products via the site.

- Prices

Prices are indicated in euros.

VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the CGI (French General Tax Code).

- Orders

Any order placed on the site constitutes acceptance of these terms.

- Delivery

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only.

ATO commits to shipping orders as quickly as possible.

- Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to order or personalized according to the customer's specifications.

No returns or refunds will be accepted for these items.

For standard products, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal.

- Intellectual property

All content present on the site is the exclusive property of ATO and is protected by laws relating to intellectual property.
