Terms of Sale

These terms of sale govern all transactions carried out on atobycobe.com between ATO and its customers.

— Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. VAT is not applicable (Art. 293 B of the General Tax Code).

ATO reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are billed based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

— Custom-made orders

Custom-made items are crafted according to specifications provided by the customer. In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, these items are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

No returns or refunds will be accepted.

— Delivery

Orders are shipped to the addresses provided at the time of ordering.

Delivery times are estimates. For custom-made items, an additional production time applies.

— Payment

Payment is due upon ordering.

ATO accepts the payment methods available on the site at the time of purchase.

— Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought prior to any legal action.
